We explore how to develop your skills using a blended learning approach through:
- Understanding your learning objectives
- Facilitated collaborative discussion
- Sharing of knowledge, proven tools and processes
- Tailored exercises to practice skills, and receive feedback
- Personal coaching to reflect and develop
- Action learning projects back in the workplace
- Measuring progress.
Each public workshop is highly participatory and focused on your own business scenarios. You will develop a learning plan, and we will support you further with one on one coaching after the workshop. This will ensure you are building your competence, motivation and confidence to realise your potential back in the workplace.
We have a suite of programmes for you to choose from. Please have a chat to us so we can ensure you are participating in the right programme for your development needs. We typically limit our workshops to eight participants to ensure we can tailor our approach to address your individual learning needs. We can also work with you to customise a programme specifically for your organisation.
Please contact us to discuss your learning and development needs, and reserve your place on our next programme. Programme dates will be discussed with you at this time.
